The theme of this tasting evening was: “the maritime influence on the aging of eaux-de-vie”. Our guest Yonaël BERNARD offered us a comparative tasting of LAMBAY Irish whiskey aged on the island of Lambay and CAMUS cognacs aged on the Île de Ré. A very informative masterclass and an atypical tasting which introduced new horizons to many participants.
